Suppliers submit their legal entity, tax ID, beneficial owners and registration documents. Our team reviews the evidence before approving. Only approved suppliers show the “Verified supplier” badge and can list or quote. We never show a verified badge for a supplier who has not passed review.

Infrastructure pricing depends on quantity, term and location. Suppliers confirm prices in an itemised quote after you send an RFQ. We never display a price the supplier has not set.

Describe what you need once; matching verified suppliers receive it and reply with quotes that include line items, taxes, SLA, lead time, validity and terms. Compare quotes side by side, shortlist, ask questions, and accept the best one. Accepting creates an order with a snapshot of the agreed terms.

Suppliers must reconfirm stock regularly. If they haven’t in the last 14 days, we hide the stock count and show when it was last confirmed.

You pay through our regulated payment provider; InfraTradeX never stores card details. Supplier payouts are released after you accept delivery and are reconciled in our ledger. InfraTradeX is not an escrow service.

Commission depends on category and is shown in your supplier agreement. Auction fees apply to auction sales. Buyers do not pay a marketplace fee on quotes.

Enter the most you are willing to pay; we bid for you one increment at a time and keep your maximum private. Any bid in the final 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes. If a hidden reserve is not met there is no sale. Bids are binding.

Yes. Deposits are released when you don’t win or when the auction is cancelled. A winner’s deposit is released once the order is paid, and may be forfeited if the winner does not pay under the auction terms.

Open a dispute from the order page with evidence. Both sides can add evidence; our team aims to decide within 5 business days and may refund fully or partially.
