What we collect
Account details (name, work email, phone), organization details, company verification documents (suppliers), RFQs, quotes, orders, messages and audit records of actions you take.
How we use it
To run the marketplace, verify suppliers, prevent fraud (for example related-party bidding), process payments through our payment provider, and meet legal obligations.
Who sees it
RFQ details and your company name are shared only with the suppliers you choose or that we match, after you consent. Verification documents are encrypted and visible only to our review team.
Analytics
We record product usage events such as searches and quote acceptance without sensitive content.
Your choices
You can export your personal data or delete your account from Account → Privacy. Some records (orders, ledger, audit) are kept as required by law with personal details minimized.
